This page explains how the ScanGo website enquiry form works. For questions about your information, contact info@scango.ie.

What the form collects

The form asks for your name, email address and query, with optional phone and town or county fields. Please do not send medical information, patient details or referral documents through this form. Use the HealthMail or HealthLink booking routes for clinical referrals.

How your enquiry is handled

ScanGo uses the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. Submissions travel over HTTPS to Netlify, which hosts the website and processes the form, including spam filtering. Enquiries are stored in ScanGo’s Netlify account, and email notifications are delivered to ScanGo’s Google Workspace inbox.

Contact about your information

To request access to, correction of or deletion of information submitted through this form, email info@scango.ie. Include enough information to identify your enquiry, but do not send medical details.

Website services

Location maps are embedded from Google Maps. Loading or interacting with a map connects your browser to Google. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve these fonts. The enquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
